The four proofs behind Pitch & Catch.
Each panel below shows a live element where one exists today and says plainly where it doesn't yet. Nothing on this page is a mock-up dressed as data. If a feed is off, you'll see the label, not a chart.
P1 FAQ endowment in seconds
The knowledge block, straight off the press.
Below is the actual knowledge-base block our press generated for one live brand — generated from the brand file by our press; pasted into the agent in one step. The agent is allowed to answer only from these facts. Anything else, it hands to a person.
KNOWLEDGE BASE — answer ONLY from these facts Answer only from the facts below, in one or two short sentences. Never add, estimate or guess a fact that is not written here. # from firmFacts Q: What services do you offer? A: FAST Adjusting Service helps with the following: denied and underpaid claims; hurricane and storm claims; water, mold and fire claims; roof damage claims; claim review and negotiation. Q: What area do you serve? A: We serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in South Florida. Q: What is your website? A: Our website is https://fastadjustingservice.com. Say it aloud as "fastadjustingservice dot com". Q: What is your email address? A: Our email is contact@fastadjustingservice.com. Say it aloud as "contact at fastadjustingservice dot com". # rule — applies to everything not listed above Q: If asked anything not on this list A: Do not guess or improvise. Say you don't have that in front of you and offer to have a person follow up. If the caller asks for a person, or asks a second question that is not on this list, transfer them to a person per the Guardrails (transfer=available -> use transfer_call; transfer=unavailable -> take a callback number).
Why it matters: the agent never improvises a fact. The block is built from the brand's own file — services, service area, website, email — and the closing rule routes every unknown to a human. Yours is generated the same way from your website, and you read it before it ever answers a call.
P2 Callback request → your intake table, live
Leave a number. Watch it land.
This form posts to the same endpoint our live brand pages use. A valid submission is written to the intake table and a person from Telvergence calls you back — usually the same business day.
What the endpoint receives: your phone, name, the brand ("Pitch & Catch · proof"), the rung you selected and this page's path. If the host you are reading this on has not had the callback switched on, the form says so instead of pretending.
P3 Call-detail records → the table, within 10 minutes
Every call, on the record.
Once the carrier record sync is switched on, every call to a line appears in the table within about ten minutes. Until it is on, this panel stays empty on purpose — the feed fails closed rather than showing invented rows.
(fail-closed by design). When it is, a live shared view renders here — no page redesign.
| field | what it holds |
|---|---|
| from | the caller's number as presented by the network |
| to | the line that was dialed — your number |
| start | date and time the call began |
| duration | how long it lasted, in seconds |
| disposition | how it ended — answered, transferred to a person, voicemail, no answer |
| no rows yet — the sync is off | |
What gets logged: from, to, start, duration, disposition — the carrier's own record of the call, not a summary we wrote. Nothing is logged about the content of the call here; that is what recordings are for (P4), and they follow their own rule.
P4 Recordings
Recorded with notice. Logged without.
The honest policy, in two halves — because the two kinds of call are not the same.
Recorded, with the spoken notice first. Reviewable.
Every call the line answers opens with a recording notice before anything else. The call is recorded and transcribed and can be reviewed afterward. A caller who declines to be recorded is handed to a person — the line does not argue and does not require it.
Logged, not recorded — for now.
When a call is forwarded to a person — the transfer, or your Smart Number ringing your cell — it is logged (P3), not recorded, until our own media box sits in the call path. We would rather tell you that than record a call without the notice in front of it.
